About JaLynne
JaLynne Schmaling is an experienced leader in change management within the banking sector, currently serving as Director of Change Management at TS Banking Group since June 2015. With extensive project management expertise, JaLynne has successfully guided numerous projects through digital transformations with business analysts and application developers as well as developed capability mapping which has impacted overall departmental functionality and efficiencies. Previous experience includes positions at Farmer Mac as a Loan Underwriter and Credit Project Coordinator, where JaLynne contributed to client service and training, and managed various underwriting initiatives. JaLynne holds a degree in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University.
She and her husband, Ben, along with their two boys, reside in southern Iowa, where they operate a year-round program raising championship-quality Berkshire show pigs and breeding stock.
