Austin Diehm serves as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking at TS Banking Group. With nearly 20 years of banking experience, Austin began his career on the frontline as a teenager and has since excelled in a variety of roles, including personal banking, merchant processing, treasury management and commercial lending. His journey through the industry has been marked by a deep passion for client service and a strong commitment to community involvement.
Austin has provided integrated leadership and strategic direction across all consumer banking teams, ensuring a consistent, client-focused experience companywide. He is recognized for his vision and dedication to driving growth and delivering on the bank’s mission to ignite lasting client and community prosperity. Austin’s unwavering commitment to serving clients and the community makes him a valued leader at TS Banking Group and a driving force behind the organization’s continued success.
A native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Austin graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership with a minor in Biblical Studies from Grace University. He has completed several prestigious banking programs, including the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School, Iowa School of Banking and Leadership Council Bluffs.
Austin’s leadership extends beyond the bank, as he serves as the incoming president of the Council Bluffs Noon Rotary Club, treasurer of the Pott County Housing Trust Fund, and has held board positions with the MICAH House and Dodge House. His dedication to professional growth and community service is evident in every aspect of his work.
Austin and his wife, Ellie, reside in Council Bluffs with their five children. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his family, especially riding bikes and visiting local ice cream shops.
