Ashleigh Croushorn serves as the Chief Technology Officer at TS Banking Group. In this role, she is responsible for the organization’s technology strategy and executive oversight, including enterprise systems, data management, information security oversight, and technology governance across the organization.
Ashleigh joined the bank in 2016 and has held multiple roles within the Technology Group, contributing to its growth and transformation over time. She has been instrumental in developing technology functions, programs, and initiatives that support secure, scalable operations and ensure technology capabilities align with business objectives within a regulated banking environment.
Prior to joining TS Banking Group, Ashleigh worked in information technology within a large, global organization, gaining experience supporting large‑scale enterprise systems and operations.
Ashleigh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Creighton University. She resides in rural southwest Iowa with her husband and children.
