About Angela
Angela Avis currently serves as the Chief Talent Management Officer at TS Banking Group. She began her career at TS Bank in 2007 as a personal banker, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and intentionality, principles that she carried forward into her subsequent roles within the company. Angela later transitioned to the role of Insurance Agent before becoming an HR Coordinator. In 2014, she joined TS Banking Group as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent management. In 2018, Angie was promoted to Director of Talent Management, and most recently, in March 2020, she became the Chief Talent Management Officer.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Bellevue University. Prior to that, she attended Iowa Western Community College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she pursued studies in Business Administration and Management. Angela and her husband, Ryan, have three children and reside in Treynor. She also serves on the board of Heartland Family Service.
